CLUBHOUSE RULES *

MAX CAPACITY OF CLUBHOUSE PER THE FIRE MARSHALL IS 44 OCCUPANTS THE POOL IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION Events must end by 10:00pm and cleanup must be complete by 11:00pm and parking lot vacated. DJ or live music is allowed only during the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. (NO EXCEPTIONS-DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF THIS IS NOT ADHERRED TO. Boom Box is allowed but music must end by 10:00pm. Helium balloons are not permitted inside the clubhouse. No smoking allowed in the clubhouse. Please do not place any pins or thumbtacks in the walls, if tape is used only use painters tape.

Description of fees: Security Deposit - $200.00 Homeowner / Resident Usage - $65.00 Cancellation Fee - $65.00 (Cancellation notice must be given 7 days prior to event or rental fee will apply.) DEPOSIT & RENTAL FEE MUST BE RECEIVED IN MANAGEMENT OFFICE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BOOKING DATE OR DATE WILL WILL BE RELEASED, NO EXCEPTIONS. 2 CHECKS ARE REQUIRED - $200 & $65. $200 CHECK WILL BE HELD & RETURNED AFTER APPROVAL FROM INSPECTION. Damages will be determined based on actual repair costs.
